# CSM share 2% → 3% in July 2025

Lido DAO has [approved](https://snapshot.box/#/s:lido-snapshot.eth/proposal/0xcd1c1a051888efd495d97458ae9fa4fe5198616eb3d92a71d3352d9f25e79c4e) CSM `shareLimit` increase from 2% to 3%, should the following conditions be met:

- SimpleDVT module should have all of the [depositable validators](https://operators.lido.fi/module/2) deposited to;
- Curated Node Operator [Pier Two](https://operators.lido.fi/module/1/36) (id #36) should get at least a minimum viable number of active validators (1000) to support business continuity (after the [key rotation](https://research.lido.fi/t/lido-on-ethereum-node-operator-numic-security-incident-disclosure-may-21-2024/7536), they are sitting at zero active keys following the [Snapshot vote on Nov 2024](https://snapshot.box/#/s:lido-snapshot.eth/proposal/0x7fd7879a945ebf95709bb0f5d0679370a06d6d0289b832ef8a100f983373e242)).

Currently, all depositable validator keys in the SimpleDVT module are deposited, and Curated Node Operator [Pier Two](https://operators.lido.fi/module/1/36) (id #36) has 100 active validator keys. If deposits continue, and the corresponding [EasyTrack motion](http://easytrack.lido.fi/motions/843) to increase the staking limit for Pier Two is executed, I optimistically expect that Pier Two will have \>1000 active keys by the time of the on-chain vote in July.

**Should [Pier Two](https://operators.lido.fi/module/1/36) have at least 1000 active keys by the time of the July on-chain vote slot, I propose to include a `shareLimit` increase for CSM in the on-chain vote in July with the following parameters:**

- **`stakeShareLimit = 300 BP`**
- **`priorityExitShareThreshold = 375`**
