Community Staking Module (CSM) testnet update here:

CSM testnet is now fully permissionless for everyone, transitioned from the Early Adoption mode. If you are intereted in run Ethereum validators, time to try with no more than 2 ETH.

As bonus, high-performing testnet participants can qualify for the mainnet ‘Early Adoption’ phase, so go give it a shot!
