# Emergency Brakes signer rotation

We’re coordinating two signer updates across the five active Lido DAO Emergency Brakes multisigs (Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, and BNB Smart Chain).

**1. Signer replacement: kadmil → dgusakov**

- Outgoing: `0x6f5c9B92DC47C89155930E708fBc305b55A5519A`

- Incoming: `0x989514afbf073ab4759e920729d93d1e4306d923`

**2. Signer address rotation: psirex**

psirex is updating his signing address while remaining a multisig signer.

- Previous: `0x2a61d3ba5030Ef471C74f612962c7367ECa3a62d`

- New: `0xeF83852FaBd22bda23857abF171e05Bae9463F95`

Both changes are being carried out under the [Lido DAO Ops Multisigs Policy 3.0](https://research.lido.fi/t/lido-dao-ops-multisigs-policy-3-0/11364). Under the updated policy, a separate Snapshot vote is not required for these rotations, as the number of signers and the signing threshold remain unchanged at 5 signers and 3/5.

The transactions have been proposed in Safe on all five networks and are currently pending signer approvals.
