Our semi-regular updates on what we are up to with our infra

**Changes**

One of the Netherminds has been replaced with Reth. This makes it:

Nimbus/Nethermind, Teku/Besu, Lodestar/Reth

The VC remains Vouch with a 3/5 threshold Dirk

**Future**

We are looking forward to Vouch 1.9, which will reduce downtime: It will start if one of the CLs happens to be down.

Nethermind will eventually be resynced on Path or Paprika, when that is ready.

Besu may get a resync for receipt compaction.

EIP-4444 [might land this year](https://blog.ethportal.net/posts/2024-portal-prague#4444s-and-execution-clients). Nethermind is working on their own Portal implementation.

Vouch 1.10 - possibly in 2025, unless it slips to 2026 - may enable active/active, which reduces risk further.

We intend to consolidate validators after Pectra, up to the new MaxEB, in consultation with the Lido DAO
