**TLDR** The Lido Ecosystem BORG Foundation (the “ **Foundation** ”) proposes to change the Easy Track limits in relation to the [Liquidity Observation Lab multisig](https://docs.lido.fi/multisigs/committees#281-liquidity-observation-lab-committee-ethereum) to 5,000 stETH for every 6 months (instead of 2,100 for every 3 months), to reflect the Foundation’s funding needs. This change aims to align on-chain security constraints with operational needs. **Current ET limit of 2,100 stETH for every 3 months** Under [existing Easy Track factories](https://docs.lido.fi/deployed-contracts/#easy-track-factories-for-token-transfers) ([TopUpAllowedRecipients](https://github.com/lidofinance/easy-track/blob/develop/contracts/EVMScriptFactories/TopUpAllowedRecipients.sol), [AddAllowedRecipient](https://github.com/lidofinance/easy-track/blob/develop/contracts/EVMScriptFactories/AddAllowedRecipient.sol), [RemoveAllowedRecipient](https://github.com/lidofinance/easy-track/blob/develop/contracts/EVMScriptFactories/RemoveAllowedRecipient.sol) and [AllowedRecipientsRegistry](https://github.com/lidofinance/easy-track/blob/develop/contracts/AllowedRecipientsRegistry.sol)) it is possible to transfer funds from the Treasury to the [Liquidity Observation Lab multisig](https://docs.lido.fi/multisigs/committees#281-liquidity-observation-lab-committee-ethereum) under a security limit of 2,100 stETH for every 3 months. The parameters are as follows: > token = 0xae7ab96520DE3A18E5e111B5EaAb095312D7fE84, # stETH > > budget amount = 2\_100 \* 10 \*\* 18, # 2100 > > budget period duration (month) = 3, # 3 month > > multisig = 0x87D93d9B2C672bf9c9642d853a8682546a5012B5, # reWARDS multisig > > recipient(s) titles = [”reWARDS multisig”], # reWARDS multisig > > recipient(s) addresses = [0x87D93d9B2C672bf9c9642d853a8682546a5012B5], # reWARDS multisig. **[EGG] Lido Ecosystem BORG Foundation Grant Funding Request (Apr-Dec 2025)** By [Snapshot](https://snapshot.box/#/s:lido-snapshot.eth/proposal/0x90e2f9926e37867d2ef319a8ef7a0257bb5695086b64b88b43b43f00959a0047) ending 25 March 2025, DAO voters approved the Foundation’s funding request for the remainder of 2025. As part of the Snapshot, the Foundation was granted a total of $8.5M for the Liquidity Observation Lab from 2025-07-01 through 2025-12-31 (” **H2 2025 Grant** ”). With the existing 3-month limit of 2,100 stETH (roughly $4M at today’s prices), the Foundation is unable to access the full amount of stETH making up the 2025 Grant ($8.5M). If the community supports the proposal, the suggested changes will be included in one of the upcoming Aragon votes for on-chain implementation. ---

Speaking on behalf of the DAO Ops team: ET limits are primarily **security thresholds** , not budgeting instruments, and should therefore provide a comfortable buffer above the anticipated spend to support the committee’s operations over upcoming periods. Given current market conditions, we suggest increasing the limits to **6k stETH** to ensure operational continuity and reduce the need for near-term adjustments. We propose including the **6k stETH** limit (instead of 5k) in the upcoming Snapshot vote. ---
