I am pro this proposal.

MEV amount has been sloping upward since yesterday compared to all of the days since the Merge, see [Lido post Merge protocol APR: Consensus and Execution Layer Rewards](https://dune.com/LidoAnalytical/lido-execution-layer-rewards).

Looks like we didn’t have a regression test to re-ensure the aforementioned 10% yearly threshold ([[1]](https://docs.lido.fi/contracts/lido-oracle#sanity-checks-the-oracles-reports-by-configurable-values), [[2]](https://github.com/lidofinance/lido-improvement-proposals/blob/develop/LIPS/lip-2.md#sanity-checks-the-oracles-reports-by-configurable-values)) at the moment of the [Merge-ready protocol upgrade](https://research.lido.fi/t/announcement-merge-ready-protocol-service-pack/2184). That’s how it flew _under the radar_.
