Please take a look at the updated mechanism proposal incorporating some of the feedback and arguably simplifying the whole construct: [LDO+stETH Dual Governance v3 - HackMD](https://hackmd.io/@lido/BJKmFkM-i).

It’s currently a working draft, expecting to finish polishing in a week or so.
