## Introduction In the [initial post](https://research.lido.fi/t/lidodao-token-rewards-plan-trp/3364) about the Lido DAO TRP, the [Steakhouse](https://steakhouse.financial/) team described all the TRP accounting details. In the next few days, there will be a snapshot vote to support [initial proposal](https://research.lido.fi/t/lidodao-token-rewards-plan-trp/3364). The current post describes the basic operations plan, technical and operational details of the TRP in case of the vote success. ## General proposal We propose the following scheme for TRP operations. 1. Establish **TRP Committee** that will control basic TRP operations for Lido contributors 2. Deploy new EasyTrack EVM script factory to be used for [**TRP Multisig**](https://app.safe.global/eth:0x834560F580764Bc2e0B16925F8bF229bb00cB759/home) funding 4. This role allows [**TRP Multisig**](https://app.safe.global/eth:0x834560F580764Bc2e0B16925F8bF229bb00cB759/home) to perform routine TRP operations, namely: 2. [**Lido DAO Agent**](https://etherscan.io/address/0x3e40D73EB977Dc6a537aF587D48316feE66E9C8c) has a [`owner`](https://hackmd.io/FZEW9MM7QwmUehFtKDmqnw?view#Permissions1) role on the [VestingEscrowFactory](https://etherscan.io/address/0xDA1DF6442aFD2EC36aBEa91029794B9b2156ADD0). This role allows [**Lido DAO Agent**](https://etherscan.io/address/0x3e40D73EB977Dc6a537aF587D48316feE66E9C8c) to perform all operations allowed for `manager` role, plus will make [**Lido DAO Agent**](https://etherscan.io/address/0x3e40D73EB977Dc6a537aF587D48316feE66E9C8c) a recipient of all [`revoked`](https://hackmd.io/FZEW9MM7QwmUehFtKDmqnw?view#Function-revoke_unvested) tokens from contributors vestings. ## TRP Smart contracts The **TRP Smart contracts** will facilitate the maintenance of the TRP schedule for contributors. Each TRP package will be represented in the form of smart contract with all params like `amount`, `vesting_start`, `vesting_duration`, `cliff_duration`, etc., written inside and immutable during all vesting periods. The basic setup of the **TRP Smart contracts** consists of the following contracts: - [VestingEscrowFactory](https://etherscan.io/address/0xDA1DF6442aFD2EC36aBEa91029794B9b2156ADD0) - [VestingEscrowProto](https://etherscan.io/address/0x484FD04c598A095360DF89bF85AB34c37127AA39) - [VotingAdapter](https://etherscan.io/address/0xCFda8aB0AE5F4Fa33506F9C51650B890E4871Cc1) `VestingEscrowFactory` contract will be used to deploy actual TRP Escrow for contributors. As a part of this plan, a new [EasyTrack](https://docs.lido.fi/guides/easy-track-guide/) factory will be deployed to reduce friction in [TRP multisig](https://app.safe.global/eth:0x834560F580764Bc2e0B16925F8bF229bb00cB759/home) funding. Thank you for the fantastic news! I want to make an honorable mention of the fact that smart contracts were derived from Curve Finance & Yearn Finance ones. Apart from this, the changes made by the Lido automation team are extensive and tidy, without any significant findings by the well-experienced Statemind team. ---
