# Lido V3 — Design & Implementation Proposal

According to the Launch update provided, there is a voting script contract deployed supporting the “soft launch” course suggested:

The voting script contract follows the previously suggested voting plan, adding **three** new Dual Governance items (1.18-1.20, 18 → 21 items overall), postponing the PDG mechanism usage till the Full launch period:

| 1.21 | Call `V3Template.finishUpgrade()` | Finalize upgrade, migrate burner state, set external ratio |
