To Whom It May Concern-

I write to notify Lido DAO that it has been named as a Defendant in the lawsuit Samuels v. Lido DAO, et al., docketed as No. 23-cv-6492 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

In compliance with Judge Chhabria’s order of June 27, 2024, this post notifies Lido DAO of the lawsuit and provides Lido DAO with the First Amended Complaint and Judge Chhabria’s order authorizing alternative service on Lido DAO and deeming the Lido DAO served as of June 27, 2024.
