## INTRODUCTION

PRO Delegators is a validator and infrastructure provider built around Nuxian Labs, a Swiss-based blockchain development team.

We operate across multiple networks including Cosmos, Osmosis and dYdX, with a strong focus on performance, data infrastructure, and governance participation.

Our approach is simple, run reliable infrastructure, stay involved, and contribute where it actually matters.

* * *

## EXPERIENCE

PRO Delegators sits at the intersection of trading, infrastructure, and governance.

- Background in trading and risk management with more than 15 years of experience

- Founder of PRO Indicators, an active trading community

- Nuxian Labs, with 10+ years in IT and several years in blockchain infrastructure

On the technical side, we build and operate:

- High-performance validators and RPC infrastructure

- On-chain tools and monitoring systems

- Non-custodial smart contract solutions

On the governance side, we have been consistently active across the ecosystem. We are currently **the most engaged contributor of all time on the Cosmos Hub forum** , based on community feedback and participation metrics. On the governance side, we have maintained a consistently high level of involvement across the ecosystem. Through Govmos, we are currently **the most engaged contributor of all time on the Cosmos Hub forum** , based on participation metrics and community feedback ([https://forum.cosmos.network/u?order=likes\_received&period=all](https://forum.cosmos.network/u?order=likes_received&period=all)).

This is not just a matter of activity, but of substance. We have published numerous governance analyses and research pieces, contributing to key discussions around the evolution of the Hub. Over time, this work has received broad support, both from community members and core stakeholders, including the foundation.

Governance, for us, is not occasional participation, it is a continuous and structured contribution.

## WHY LIDO

Lido sits at a critical intersection between infrastructure, capital, and governance.

We believe we can contribute with a slightly different angle:

- Infrastructure-first approach (validators, RPC, monitoring)

- Strong knowledge on applied financial risk management and market structure

- Pragmatic governance participation, focused on execution rather than narratives

* * *

## MOTIVATION

Our motivation is straightforward.

We are already active in governance, already operating infrastructure, and already working with institutional-aligned participants.

Acting as a delegate is simply an extension of what we are already doing.

We aim to bring consistency, clarity, and a long-term view to governance decisions.

* * *

## VALUES & DECISION-MAKING APPROACH

**Principles**

- Complexity over Simplification

- Pragmatism over ideology

- Accountability in decisions

**Approach**

- Participate consistently

- Base decisions on data and experience

- Stay transparent in reasoning

- Disclose conflicts when relevant

* * *

## PUBLIC ACCEPTANCE

We support the development of Lido’s delegate framework and its objective to improve governance quality and participation.

**Governance Update: Our Rationale on the Latest Lido Snapshot Proposals**

Hello Lido community and fellow delegates,

We are sharing our voting rationale for the most recent batch of Snapshot proposals. Our decisions are consistently guided by a commitment to Lido’s sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term decentralization.

Here is a breakdown of our positions on the latest initiatives.

### 1. Protocol Economics and Capital Efficiency

**Proposal:** NEST: Automated LDO Buyback and Liquidity Provisioning
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** Establishing a structured, on-chain mechanism for LDO buybacks utilizing treasury stETH is an important evolution in Lido’s capital efficiency[**[1](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQGMI7YROLbHrfw15od1jm8xYHM3sYx-QyL4GR069WPyLKV9gVl5EEAGY5bdvZLaem4ZeE6zq70_uHiBjxjNStgYXUEXy8Vuk68_xWP6XRSAWx_H1uaE-EFJ92ZwS9GHViEjRyGAekEH7qZ8WO2EUNKmA9TPyDDxoqm1mLdwvfvXO7-_V6Cq)**]. While this proposal specifically focuses on laying the technical groundwork rather than immediately triggering repurchases, it is a highly pragmatic step[**[1](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQGMI7YROLbHrfw15od1jm8xYHM3sYx-QyL4GR069WPyLKV9gVl5EEAGY5bdvZLaem4ZeE6zq70_uHiBjxjNStgYXUEXy8Vuk68_xWP6XRSAWx_H1uaE-EFJ92ZwS9GHViEjRyGAekEH7qZ8WO2EUNKmA9TPyDDxoqm1mLdwvfvXO7-_V6Cq)**][**[2](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQGWw2gO5Qw9B0u_RtG07MK0SjbzWiYhENs_eyHsAQyjDmX7Nux_6ThBx0t8uaUyErrcOjc6HfehvM28zdMNtKXxE1RzQL-tGxWKccZC25bydp9H9wx1NWTBR5T1l75loktcGS6XV3Nuk2Z7T_rfM76c3zel8WVPTZ4jcPXbNgA6N4QdkaVHadViS-SMQLd-bgm9z8JIqeVZgKateN65Tmf2)**]. **Building the NEST modular architecture ensures the DAO is technically prepared to execute repurchases systematically and transparently** once specific market conditions are met[**[1](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQGMI7YROLbHrfw15od1jm8xYHM3sYx-QyL4GR069WPyLKV9gVl5EEAGY5bdvZLaem4ZeE6zq70_uHiBjxjNStgYXUEXy8Vuk68_xWP6XRSAWx_H1uaE-EFJ92ZwS9GHViEjRyGAekEH7qZ8WO2EUNKmA9TPyDDxoqm1mLdwvfvXO7-_V6Cq)**][**[3](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHGSf-K-UoyA2f5-a9lvD4S-5iWsAib8gtXLIDzekIOCHy8-Jm73QeoPDIFIJccGsjv5DJgDoQUDVtMkMrRgkRHkk6Tg2nzOYDXqQYmHFjq2Vcq4DYJH0ACoz-N6jDfLc1uzkqk3fYAJ9gPYukVbu3k1HPnWVysD7fVQ6UHR6s3Hvd9n7aq7Z7LyiXC-vDz0XGcUiQqqnSR1Pf6G8hUcagIvA%3D%3D)**]. It moves value capture away from ad-hoc decisions and toward predictable protocol mechanics.

### 2. Node Operator Management and Decentralization

**Proposal:** Adopt the Node Operator Type Assessment Framework for CMv2
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** As the Curated Module scales, relying on legacy “tiers” is no longer sufficient[**[4](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHwrbp6zUu7L2FD4LDfJOrlbxmegWUMy7ngcXv-Yh6wwHiRoA0tSnH2PtPIzfCSJNIASlkJLes9krkUh3XchDZ7d7zEfspXGf-kpOUHIgTbjVuZf4rkKYufBQxNsTZsnPBF9FudAnoGe3vXsg6njFcUGYBbPgdkH7ey9WPQ3UZZVE4rm8TWLio%3D)**]. This framework introduces a necessary, structured assessment logic that categorizes operators by distinct contribution profiles (such as Public Good, Extra Effort, or Decentralization)[**[4](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHwrbp6zUu7L2FD4LDfJOrlbxmegWUMy7ngcXv-Yh6wwHiRoA0tSnH2PtPIzfCSJNIASlkJLes9krkUh3XchDZ7d7zEfspXGf-kpOUHIgTbjVuZf4rkKYufBQxNsTZsnPBF9FudAnoGe3vXsg6njFcUGYBbPgdkH7ey9WPQ3UZZVE4rm8TWLio%3D)**][**[5](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHnm9g5YRXek41gLr6Cs_5tW9I6CRNdBAQz0AJ2L-YsDOEyoeoHra20hmRkyAR6x71VcxC3nUvX8BAwXqJQWlNL3gPp8_znl7ayuzBMMFg4VVPs2nW6s6MrLziUwz_C3K8LZ1-hDHuoQHlFL9QePRYYJ-9H8HpVQCX5Maam87uZHDjmFgGBEp0p)**]. **Standardizing how these types are assigned drastically increases operational transparency** [**[5](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHnm9g5YRXek41gLr6Cs_5tW9I6CRNdBAQz0AJ2L-YsDOEyoeoHra20hmRkyAR6x71VcxC3nUvX8BAwXqJQWlNL3gPp8_znl7ayuzBMMFg4VVPs2nW6s6MrLziUwz_C3K8LZ1-hDHuoQHlFL9QePRYYJ-9H8HpVQCX5Maam87uZHDjmFgGBEp0p)**]. It provides current and prospective Node Operators with clear, predictable guidelines, empowering the Curated Module Committee (CMC) to manage risk and incentives with far greater precision[**[4](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHwrbp6zUu7L2FD4LDfJOrlbxmegWUMy7ngcXv-Yh6wwHiRoA0tSnH2PtPIzfCSJNIASlkJLes9krkUh3XchDZ7d7zEfspXGf-kpOUHIgTbjVuZf4rkKYufBQxNsTZsnPBF9FudAnoGe3vXsg6njFcUGYBbPgdkH7ey9WPQ3UZZVE4rm8TWLio%3D)**].

**Proposal:** Should Pier Two continue in the Curated and SDVT sets following the acquisition by Bitmine Immersion Technologies?
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** The CMC has thoroughly vetted Pier Two’s acquisition by Bitmine (now operating as MAVAN) and confirmed that there are no planned changes to the existing team, infrastructure, or key management practices[**[6](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHYAXwoGCdnmpCgv7a3X_GZ8XCYtlWhLFCqvkTXsvmmeFMhy3RUyOyLqtADKoYLdLosBzKSHJEQOHdljQMXrvDKwnwkaj7lccH6k9lAGL5Ox15RnEV6J7HGRfcxbnyVV2qjY72LNuxLKoRZIcMpDe2uhcY-8k5fLFXVczgxBINV_6kyoBwpZNmwz_rcC74pF26Q_CziQro91tr5Aw%3D%3D)**][**[7](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQFHy5GsAjgu5U45F-wsNjwgNdd9TaBkpdsqNjszeFCMvz_yo1u-kLD_Gl8t06J0uVR0OC7XndwhgpD2ad3CWYaw69cKhzbc_71CH_W_Inm2Z34dn90toCobMS0mQHafDOb-9SVWWCfYQo49vD3ZpSFlNtg0ZC2fi78XI2vE-LvEpOyXG6FGgrz7hR8iiph1JAm3Ahfq-HpKdjI%3D)**]. **Because the underlying operational standards remain strictly intact, there is no justification to disrupt their participation.** In fact, the additional resources and institutional support brought by Bitmine should only strengthen their reliability within the Lido ecosystem[**[7](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQFHy5GsAjgu5U45F-wsNjwgNdd9TaBkpdsqNjszeFCMvz_yo1u-kLD_Gl8t06J0uVR0OC7XndwhgpD2ad3CWYaw69cKhzbc_71CH_W_Inm2Z34dn90toCobMS0mQHafDOb-9SVWWCfYQo49vD3ZpSFlNtg0ZC2fi78XI2vE-LvEpOyXG6FGgrz7hR8iiph1JAm3Ahfq-HpKdjI%3D)**].

### 3. Security Infrastructure

**Proposal:** Transition from GateSeals to CircuitBreaker
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** Upgrading Lido’s emergency pause infrastructure is a highly practical security enhancement. The current GateSeal mechanism functions like a single-use fuse: it expires, requires regular redeployment, and forces repetitive DAO votes simply to maintain a baseline level of protection. Transitioning to a permanent, resettable **CircuitBreaker system eliminates this recurring administrative drag**. By allowing the committee to extend its authority through periodic 365-day “heartbeats,” we maintain the exact same trust assumptions while protecting the DAO’s bandwidth for higher-impact initiatives.

### 4. Treasury Operations and Agility

**Proposal:** Increase Easy Track transfer limits for Liquidity Observation Lab to align with EGG
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** This is a straightforward administrative alignment. The DAO has already approved the underlying budget for the Liquidity Observation Lab (LOL)[**[8](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQFgO0-2b-4TnuBXltMEb26kvo_dfiYIe3m-S_9x45S6laXX_1nnu2YfimDTjcOJcLvIUiSK-mbSXM953QzkHjkhAvgCOs7uSDlcDMJx-UVyKnnIH6W0dtaFOTt66xUvNPQvxkjf7enKoBv_-bOf_qHVg49vz0NgRHyIoI_w_iw6KPc5jp8ubWlvPJ-1QjgtCjd1w30%3D)**], but the current Easy Track security limits are artificially restricting the flow of funds required to execute that mandate[**[9](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQE7EdXa3QXsPJeENcmyMh0TQd3SmcVVWw0Cixz6QyldkAwu3DxaQ4sclHfqeU-_jGbjIge1l9L0nfVYocBiDMVW6Cg81QUCI2X28GxGZTHODdrUry6M7Bk_SAJo_I63-N_i8l7cBOtJwyULO3DFF2Np0MxGjN6GbWlISEpHjEjhngQOKOEXTN1uH66f2UDijWW6enmNm6QTdgAJgme5Gpti0k0F)**]. **Increasing the stETH limit and establishing a dedicated stablecoin track removes unnecessary friction** [**[9](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQE7EdXa3QXsPJeENcmyMh0TQd3SmcVVWw0Cixz6QyldkAwu3DxaQ4sclHfqeU-_jGbjIge1l9L0nfVYocBiDMVW6Cg81QUCI2X28GxGZTHODdrUry6M7Bk_SAJo_I63-N_i8l7cBOtJwyULO3DFF2Np0MxGjN6GbWlISEpHjEjhngQOKOEXTN1uH66f2UDijWW6enmNm6QTdgAJgme5Gpti0k0F)**]. **Governance Update: Our Voting Rationale on Active Lido Proposals**

Hello Lido community and fellow delegates,

We are sharing our voting rationale for the latest batch of active Snapshot proposals. As always, our decisions are rooted in supporting Lido’s operational maturity, sustainable multichain expansion, and robust node operator infrastructure.

Below is a detailed breakdown of our positions on the four proposals currently open for consensus.

### 1. Foundational Protocol Upgrades and Efficiency

**Proposal:** LIP-35: Staking Router v3 Architecture and Key Parameters
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** The Staking Router v3 (SRv3) is the crucial base layer necessary to usher Lido into its next era. Most importantly, it prepares Lido Core to support Ethereum’s EIP-7251 (Max Effective Balance), allowing for 0x02 validators with variable balances up to 2048 ETH[**[1](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHVjCQs1mxQK7jXrf9VcT-CW0fuZC2EClYQTWGDN37t1FBU3-IF4_-eHWY2mYC9g3XaLVQFnhZiUIhduzFs98AZKsPLb1LF003GZzrMViMIaGQpOCEcFLGGUMwlZtXoJVsHFgHwAAkxpORbFjmwfH6cF7K67nt3sqlPGNnnqWiIWvkrZbhkHw8y_u0WpJU%3D)**][**[3](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQGTz-CKle4tFX_8EbqGPQdjYrc5AqdRuKPTMSWY4Nd3T8k-WnzNnI5LARNpk-elg-YIGHPDLB8EXOdYx8nMn2yuOVNtJaxXPUSVLa4l7wHEWXue7KQRf6toEZHqN41bj-iKC84uaKf2kXxURcmkJkEtvyOVGgDwUGvyjTonW4vMcAM%3D)**][**[5](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHZHAKmZI6fy36ewcPE-bSuhuSSe7W575dW1RnEc4GB3tvX7TwI6Jjwu13h6Fkh5rRwflw1CIVpMWHgQ3UpFb4WPeUstwjjLhqUdIQ9sBCkEo7OZW2Xxopb26yjE3BvAuR1FYWZUYsEBpgMra6xaKRpaZPbIxiU)**]. **This represents a massive leap in capital efficiency and significantly reduces the operational infrastructure required to run thousands of separate 32 ETH validators**.

Furthermore, SRv3 introduces a transparent, proof-verified consolidation pipeline[**[4](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHVjCQs1mxQK7jXrf9VcT-CW0fuZC2EClYQTWGDN37t1FBU3-IF4_-eHWY2mYC9g3XaLVQFnhZiUIhduzFs98AZKsPLb1LF003GZzrMViMIaGQpOCEcFLGGUMwlZtXoJVsHFgHwAAkxpORbFjmwfH6cF7K67nt3sqlPGNnnqWiIWvkrZbhkHw8y_u0WpJU%3D)**][**[6](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHVjCQs1mxQK7jXrf9VcT-CW0fuZC2EClYQTWGDN37t1FBU3-IF4_-eHWY2mYC9g3XaLVQFnhZiUIhduzFs98AZKsPLb1LF003GZzrMViMIaGQpOCEcFLGGUMwlZtXoJVsHFgHwAAkxpORbFjmwfH6cF7K67nt3sqlPGNnnqWiIWvkrZbhkHw8y_u0WpJU%3D)**]. This allows the protocol to safely and efficiently reallocate stake between modules—most notably, laying the exact groundwork needed for the seamless, non-disruptive migration of stake from the legacy Curated Module (CMv1) to the new Curated Module (CMv2)[**[4](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHVjCQs1mxQK7jXrf9VcT-CW0fuZC2EClYQTWGDN37t1FBU3-IF4_-eHWY2mYC9g3XaLVQFnhZiUIhduzFs98AZKsPLb1LF003GZzrMViMIaGQpOCEcFLGGUMwlZtXoJVsHFgHwAAkxpORbFjmwfH6cF7K67nt3sqlPGNnnqWiIWvkrZbhkHw8y_u0WpJU%3D)**]. Adopting SRv3 is a mandatory, pragmatic step to ensure Lido remains the most technologically capable liquid staking protocol on Ethereum.

### 2. Module Modernization and Node Operator Autonomy

**Proposal:** LIP-33: CMv2 and CSMv3 Architecture, Key Parameters, Rollout Plan
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** Built directly upon the capabilities of SRv3, Curated Module v2 (CMv2) represents a total modernization of Lido’s flagship operator set[**[3](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQGTz-CKle4tFX_8EbqGPQdjYrc5AqdRuKPTMSWY4Nd3T8k-WnzNnI5LARNpk-elg-YIGHPDLB8EXOdYx8nMn2yuOVNtJaxXPUSVLa4l7wHEWXue7KQRf6toEZHqN41bj-iKC84uaKf2kXxURcmkJkEtvyOVGgDwUGvyjTonW4vMcAM%3D)**][**[4](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHVjCQs1mxQK7jXrf9VcT-CW0fuZC2EClYQTWGDN37t1FBU3-IF4_-eHWY2mYC9g3XaLVQFnhZiUIhduzFs98AZKsPLb1LF003GZzrMViMIaGQpOCEcFLGGUMwlZtXoJVsHFgHwAAkxpORbFjmwfH6cF7K67nt3sqlPGNnnqWiIWvkrZbhkHw8y_u0WpJU%3D)**][**[6](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHVjCQs1mxQK7jXrf9VcT-CW0fuZC2EClYQTWGDN37t1FBU3-IF4_-eHWY2mYC9g3XaLVQFnhZiUIhduzFs98AZKsPLb1LF003GZzrMViMIaGQpOCEcFLGGUMwlZtXoJVsHFgHwAAkxpORbFjmwfH6cF7K67nt3sqlPGNnnqWiIWvkrZbhkHw8y_u0WpJU%3D)**]. **Transitioning to bond-based security, automated penalties, and a weighted stake allocation framework creates a much stronger, risk-adjusted economic alignment between the protocol and its operators** [**[3](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQGTz-CKle4tFX_8EbqGPQdjYrc5AqdRuKPTMSWY4Nd3T8k-WnzNnI5LARNpk-elg-YIGHPDLB8EXOdYx8nMn2yuOVNtJaxXPUSVLa4l7wHEWXue7KQRf6toEZHqN41bj-iKC84uaKf2kXxURcmkJkEtvyOVGgDwUGvyjTonW4vMcAM%3D)**][**[7](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQGTz-CKle4tFX_8EbqGPQdjYrc5AqdRuKPTMSWY4Nd3T8k-WnzNnI5LARNpk-elg-YIGHPDLB8EXOdYx8nMn2yuOVNtJaxXPUSVLa4l7wHEWXue7KQRf6toEZHqN41bj-iKC84uaKf2kXxURcmkJkEtvyOVGgDwUGvyjTonW4vMcAM%3D)**].

Additionally, we strongly support the operational upgrades embedded in this proposal. ### 3. Multichain Strategy and Bridge Efficiency

**Proposal:** Revoke Canonical Status of (w)stETH Bridge Endpoints on Selected Chains and Authorize NEC for Revocations
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** To maintain a highly secure and efficient multichain footprint, Lido must prune its recognized infrastructure where initial adoption conditions no longer hold. Revoking the canonical status of (w)stETH bridge endpoints on networks such as zkSync Era, Scroll, Mantle, and Polygon PoS—while explicitly authorizing the Network Expansion Committee (NEC) to handle future revocations—is a vital housekeeping measure.

**This action strictly optimizes the DAO’s focus and does not endanger user funds.** It does not disable the underlying bridge smart contracts or force user migration; it simply ensures Lido’s official support and resources are concentrated on networks demonstrating meaningful, sustained adoption.

### 4. Node Operator Management and Infrastructure Growth

**Proposal:** Galaxy Node Operator Infrastructure Update
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** As part of its integration following the acquisition of CryptoManufaktur, Galaxy is updating its infrastructure setup to enhance redundancy and align with the upcoming Curated Module v2 (CMv2) migrations. We strongly support this operational upgrade.

**Galaxy’s proactive commitments to testing the Lighthouse circuit breaker and evaluating Vero as a complementary mitigation demonstrate ongoing technical leadership.** By openly communicating these infrastructure shifts and sharing their testnet results with the broader community, Galaxy continues to prove why it remains a highly valuable participant in the Lido Curated Set.

### 5. Module Operations and Economic Realities

**Proposal:** Wind Down Simple DVT Module Regular Clusters
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** The Simple DVT Module successfully battle-tested distributed validator technology within the Lido ecosystem, but the economic reality of maintaining these early multi-operator clusters has shifted. **Winding down the legacy regular clusters while offering operators a structured continuation path is the most pragmatic way forward.**

This proposal responsibly trims operational overhead as Lido transitions toward more scalable implementations like the Community Staking Module (CSM). Crucially, it respects the early operators’ investments by providing a well-calibrated transition framework and preventing economic drag on independent participants.

### 6. Organizational Leadership and Continuity

**Proposal:** Lido Labs Board Update: Appointment of Nemo as Director
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** The transition of leadership within Lido Labs represents a natural evolution of the DAO’s adjacent organizations. Nemo brings a proven track record of hands-on contribution, having successfully navigated work with the Lido Alliance BORG and spearheaded development for critical vertical expansion initiatives.

Formalizing Nemo’s appointment to replace Konstantin (who will transition into a strategic advisory role) ensures that **the board retains deep, context-rich leadership without any interruption to its strategic execution.**

**Governance Update: Our Voting Rationale on the Latest Protocol Upgrades**

Hello Lido community and fellow delegates,

We are sharing our voting rationale for the two newest Snapshot proposals regarding Lido’s ongoing architectural rollout. Both proposals are direct extensions of the V3 vision, focusing heavily on expanding permissionless access and establishing structured accountability.

Below is a detailed breakdown of our positions on these critical initiatives.

### 1. Scaling Decentralization and Capital Efficiency

**Proposal:** 0x02 CSM: New Permissionless Module Launch
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** Launching the 0x02 Community Staking Module (CSM) is a massive leap forward for Lido’s decentralization strategy[**[1](https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&q=https%3A%2F%2Fvertexaisearch.cloud.google.com%2Fgrounding-api-redirect%2FAUZIYQHph8UyWHaUka-m3HOrr3GbxYSUqlzCH6qPr6btuL9RwY1MBS8vfBGhRwwtT_KFlsBHOWVom3LUAOfyuUBaJfIAXy7WtqAPcq7d8VzracHKqJtNtidMI1w1jAKJhgXR0qUR-wpKrkLIlw%3D%3D)**]. By explicitly supporting 0x02 credentials—which align with Ethereum’s EIP-7251 (Max Effective Balance) upgrades—this module empowers independent node operators to run compounding, high-balance validators.

**This drastically lowers the hardware and operational overhead required per ETH staked.** It offers solo stakers a highly capital-efficient path to permissionless participation within the Lido ecosystem. Ultimately, expanding the CSM framework to embrace 0x02 validators proves that Lido is committed to lowering the barriers to entry while remaining at the bleeding edge of Ethereum’s technical roadmap.

### 2. Operator Accountability and Risk Management

**Proposal:** Adopt the CMv2 Penalty Framework
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** As the Curated Module v2 (CMv2) transitions toward a bond-based security model, establishing a formalized penalty system is an absolute necessity. This framework provides clear, predictable, and programmatic economic consequences for underperformance, slashing events, or MEV hiding.

**By explicitly defining how penalties are calculated and applied against an operator’s bond, we remove the need for ad-hoc, manual governance interventions.** This protects staker yield, provides professional operators with a highly transparent risk model, and allows the protocol to scale securely without constantly draining the DAO’s administrative bandwidth.

Hello Lido community and fellow delegates,

We are sharing our voting rationale for the latest Snapshot proposal concerning Lido’s adjacent operational structures. As always, our decisions are rooted in ensuring operational efficiency, legal resilience, and transparency across all DAO entities.

**Proposal:** Lido Alliance BORG Update: Appointment of Bryce Howarth as a New Director
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** The Lido Alliance BORG acts as a crucial operational layer, facilitating strategic partnerships and driving ecosystem expansion. Appointing Bryce Howarth as a new director is both a necessary administrative housekeeping measure and a strategic reinforcement of this entity’s capabilities.

**By formalizing this leadership transition on-chain, the DAO ensures the Alliance BORG maintains full legal standing and unbroken operational continuity.** This prevents any administrative bottlenecks, empowering the Alliance to execute its growth mandate seamlessly. We consistently support transparent, well-structured leadership updates that fortify Lido’s decentralized governance bodies and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

**Governance Update: Our Voting Rationale on the Latest Lido Proposals**

Hello Lido community and fellow delegates,

We are sharing our voting rationale for the two newest Snapshot proposals. As the DAO continues to scale its multichain presence and solidify its legal infrastructure, our focus remains on ensuring institutional-grade operational resilience and healthy token economics.

Below is a detailed breakdown of our positions on these latest initiatives.

### 1. Legal Resilience and Institutional Oversight

**Proposal:** Lido Alliance BORG Update: Appointment of Leeward Supervisors Limited as Supervisor
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** The Lido Alliance BORG Foundation requires robust, compliant governance structures to successfully execute its mandate of driving ecosystem expansion and strategic partnerships. Appointing a professional corporate entity, Leeward Supervisors Limited, as a Foundation Supervisor is a highly practical maturation of our legal infrastructure.

**Transitioning to institutional-grade oversight ensures continuous legal compliance, mitigates key-person risk, and provides the Foundation with the uninterrupted stability it needs.** We consistently support administrative upgrades that fortify Lido’s decentralized entities against regulatory friction while allowing day-to-day operations to remain agile.

### 2. Token Economics and Market Health

**Proposal:** Authorize a Contingent LDO CEX Liquidity Market-Making Mandate
**Our Vote: FOR**

**Rationale:** Ensuring deep, resilient liquidity for the LDO token across Centralized Exchanges (CEXs) is critical for reducing volatility and maintaining a healthy trading environment for all participants. Authorizing a contingent market-making mandate gives the DAO the necessary flexibility to engage professional liquidity providers under clearly defined parameters.

**Because this mandate is contingent, it acts as a strategic readiness measure rather than an immediate, unchecked deployment of treasury assets.** It equips the DAO to execute liquidity agreements swiftly when specific market conditions are met, ensuring capital efficiency while protecting the token’s market dynamics against fragmented liquidity.

**Proposal:** Proposal for Comprehensive Expense Optimization and NEST/stETH Buyback Parameter Restructuring
**Our Vote: AGAINST**

**Rationale:** While we strongly support the call for independent financial audits and transparency, the specific measures bundled within this proposal present unacceptable risks to the protocol’s long-term success.

First, mandating a 50% workforce reduction at Lido Labs is an overly aggressive and potentially destabilizing move. **Executing cuts of this magnitude threatens the delivery timelines of critical infrastructure upgrades and could compromise the rigorous security standards that our users rely upon.** True operational efficiency should be achieved through targeted optimizations, not blunt reductions that jeopardize protocol innovation.

Second, overhauling the NEST buyback parameters by lowering the revenue trigger from $40M to $30M risks prematurely depleting the DAO treasury. **We believe our treasury assets should be strictly preserved for strategic growth, deep liquidity provisioning, and developer retention rather than aggressive token buybacks.** Shifting to a dynamic buyback model under these lowered thresholds prioritizes short-term token action over long-term protocol resilience.

Finally, bundling a highly practical financial audit with severe operational cuts and tokenomic overhauls forces the DAO into an all-or-nothing decision. We believe these highly distinct issues deserve separate, focused governance votes.
