# Proposal to form reWARDS Committee

With Lido’s staked assets [expanding to L2s](https://research.lido.fi/t/lido-on-l2-first-launches/2786), two more reWARDS multi-sigs are set up to manage incentives on Arbitrum and Optimism. These are ops multi-sigs, all the decision-making and budget allocation will still be controlled by the reWARDS Committee.

Both multisigs are 2/3 and include the following reWARDS Committee members with the same addresses as on Ethereum:

- @jbeezy beezy with address `0x039bDD285d3eDb1D9B6001d3097067Aa2AF7d826`
- @GrStepanov with address `0x8D0855047b59a5f11262f095ee724b5A59a89710`
- @kadmil kadmil with address `0x9A3f38AF97b791C85c043D46a64f56f87E0283D4`
