In order to facilitate Lido’s LSTs on L2s, three new Liquidity Observation Labs operational multisigs have been spun up on Base and zkSync Era chains.
The composition of these 2/4 multisigs mirrors the existing multisigs on Arbitrum and Optimism as of time of writing:
