Hey there!

As a member of [TRP committee](https://docs.lido.fi/multisigs/committees#24-token-reward-program-trp-association-multisig) I propose to update [EasyTrack](https://docs.lido.fi/guides/easy-track-guide/) limit for Token Reward Plan.

On Jan the 1st 2024 it automatically refreshed to be 22M LDO till the end of the year:

But as it doesn’t account for previously deployed TRP contracts my proposal is to decrease it to **9,178,284.42 LDO** - current unused budgeted amount, which is evaluated from total LDO spent by [TRP multisig](https://etherscan.io/address/0x834560F580764Bc2e0B16925F8bF229bb00cB759#tokentxns) ( **14,460,537.36 LDO** ), decreased by the amount of LDO revoked by the committee back to [Lido treasury](https://etherscan.io/address/0x3e40D73EB977Dc6a537aF587D48316feE66E9C8c) ( **1,638,821.78 LDO** ).

The figures are taken from the [Dune query](https://dune.com/alexlido/lido-trp) to monitor TRP.
