Hello, We’re excited to participate in this RFP for building the censorability meter for Ethereum. Our code and methodology can be found on our [GitHub](https://github.com/mikgur/Ethereum-censorability-monitor). We will also have our site up and running at [eth.neutralitywatch.com](https://eth.neutralitywatch.com/) by the end of February. We have proposed several metrics for the censorability meter, you can find information on these metrics on our GitHub repository (currently in develop branch). We have also developed an API to access our dataset and metrics, which is currently closed but we can open access to it in March by request.
