# Simple DVT Module Committee Multisig

As described in the [Simple DVT Module Proposal Snapshot vote](https://snapshot.org/#/lido-snapshot.eth/proposal/0xf3ac657484444f0b54eba2c251135c47f875e3d1821496247d11bdd7fab0f291) and [recent update](https://research.lido.fi/t/staking-router-module-proposal-simple-dvt/5625/23), the Simple DVT Module Committee (SDVTMC) is a multi-sig responsible for creating and executing Easy Tack motions specifically for the Simple DVT Module that can create new clusters, activate and deactivate existing clusters, raise and lower cluster key limits, and change cluster manager and reward addresses.
**All on-chain actions taken by the SDVTMC will be posted publicly to the forum, with a 7-day discussion period for any decisions related to creating new clusters, activating existing clusters, and raising cluster key limits.**
**The DAO retains** the right to a final decision: LDO holders have a 72-hour opportunity to veto any Easy Track motions and community members may post a Snapshot vote to change or counteract SDVTMC decisions and/or reconstitute the SDVTMC with different participants.
Based on interest received from various parties, the proposed composition of the SDVTMC is the following and will be run as a 4/7:

Andrew (@Andrew_KukisGlobal), CTO of Kukis Global and representing the LNOSG
Francesco (@francescoSimply), co-founder of Simply Staking and representing the LNOSG

Eridian (@Eridian), representing the SSV DAO
George A (@George)., Lido DAO contributor
Will (@KimonSh), Lido DAO contributor (myself)

Hello,
I would like to provide an update regarding an upcoming rotation of a Simple DVT Module Committee member.
@George who currently holds one of the Lido DAO Contributor spots on the committee will be replaced by @remus, a Lido DAO Contributor from the Node Operator Mechanisms workstream.
This reflects Remus’ more active participation in SDVT operations and will improve the efficiency of ongoing committee activities.
No other changes are expected at this time, and the threshold of the multisig will remain a 4/7.
A 7 day period discussion period will be opened for the community to consider the change before any on-chain actions are taken.
