# Unstaking StEth with My Ether Wallet - Not enough gas

Trying to unstake my stETH, connected with MEW. No problems with connection, but when I try to withdraw, get pop-up error indicating not enough ether for gas. MEW wallet has plenty of ETH in it. Is the MEW wallet the source of the ETH for gas?
