**Vote** : Yes  
**Summary** : We are supportive of the contribution of Lido DAO to help with first and second order effects of the rsETH exploit, given also the fact of direct exposure to rsETH via Lido EarnETH vault. The proposed structure looks reasonable to us.

**Update Easy Track setup for Liquidity Observation Lab to align with EGG  
Vote**: For  
**Summary:** We voted in favor of the proposal, given that it’s aligned with previously supported EGG. The updated setup increases stETH transfer limits and introduces a new dedicated ET payment setup without any new budget allocations, which looks reasonable to us.

**Pier Two joins MAVAN (a Bitmine Immersion Technologies company)  
Vote**: For  
**Summary:** We voted ‘For’, as the proposal doesn’t introduce any operational changes.

**CircuitBreaker — Programmable panic layer**  
**Vote** : For  
**Summary** : We supported the following proposal, as it introduces permanent replacement of old ‘temporary’ solution and removing the operational overhead on DAO. The implementation structure and proposed params are reasonable.

**Liquid Buybacks: NEST execution with LDO/wstETH liquidity  
Vote**: For  
**Summary:** We voted ‘For’, as we previously supported the concept of NEST. The proposed implementation with conversion of excess surplus in LDO with subsequent deployment to the Curve LDO/wstETH pool looks like an efficient strategy to us. The proposed initial parameters set is sound as well.

**Node Operator Type Assessment Framework | CMv2  
Vote**: For  
**Summary** : We voted in favor of the proposal, as the framework is increasing transparency and consistency in the assessment of Node Operators and Node Operator Types assignments, which is overall definitely net positive.

**Authorise Loss Coverage Below the 1% Threshold For The Kelp Incident  
Vote**: For  
**Summary:** We voted in favor of the loss coverage, given the support of previous contribution of DAO to the coordinated rsETH relief effort.

**Summary** : This proposal consists of previously supported Snapshot vote (Increase Lido Alliance BORG Operational Easy Track Limits to align with EGG) and such changes as reduce of VEBO reporting frame, Dual Governance Emergency Protection extension and role assignment, requested on forum. We voted in favor.
