The on-chain vote #203 is now live and includes the proposal to upgrade the Community Staking Module to v3 to harmonize post-Pectra staking modules codebase, along with the Staking Router v3 and the Curated Module v2 upgrades. Support for permissionless 0x02 validators will be introduced through a dedicated 0x02 CSM, subject to tokenholders approval.

The vote will be open for your “For” or “Against” input until the end of the main phase: July 18, 14:07 UTC.

The on-chain vote #203 has reached supporting quorum and has been enacted! Submitted Dual Governance Proposal #12 is now pending.

It is proposed to set the following values for the limits in UpdateStakingModuleShareLimits.sol:

• maxStakeShareLimitIncrease = 500 BP
• maxStakeShareLimitDecrease = 500 BP
• maxPriorityExitShareThresholdIncrease = 600 BP
• maxPriorityExitShareThresholdDecrease = 600 BP

These values ensure that a single ET motion cannot change the module’s stakeShareLimit by more than 0.5% in either direction (increase or decrease).

There is a mistake in the linked post. One can see that 500 BP is 5% and not 0.5% as stated.

The correct parameter values should be:

• maxStakeShareLimitIncrease = 50 BP (0.5%)
• maxStakeShareLimitDecrease = 50 BP (0.5%)
• maxPriorityExitShareThresholdIncrease = 60 BP (0.6%)
• maxPriorityExitShareThresholdDecrease = 60 BP (0.6%)

Since the mistake has been left unnoticed till recently, the on-chain Vote #203 have already added the new factory (0x0C6703F1d8D9DdfB6c6e5F57b4f7432a6500D6D8) to the Easy Track registry.

Given that, it is proposed to add the following items to the next on-chain vote:

• Remove 0x0C6703F1d8D9DdfB6c6e5F57b4f7432a6500D6D8 ET factory from the Easy Track registry.
• Add a new instance of UpdateStakingModuleShareLimits factory 0xde3e46E3129fA4e4e3f66c9024B0A3Ad509b27a1 with the unchanged permissions and with the correct deployemnt parameters to the Easy Track registry.

MixBytes conducted deploy verification, and the ET factories audit report by MixBytes was updated to list the redeployed factory 0xde3e46E3129fA4e4e3f66c9024B0A3Ad509b27a1.
