• Boost Lido TVL and usage through improved DeFi opportunity discovery and user engagement
By building a tailored agent on Synternet, Lido can embed itself in a growing cross-chain agentic economy, making its staking solutions more accessible and intelligent.

Summary:
Synternet proposes to build a dedicated, cross-chain DeFi agent integrated with Lido’s staking products. This agent will analyze data across 10+ chains, provide risk-adjusted insights, and help users navigate complex DeFi options with ease. The goal is to increase Lido’s TVL and user engagement through personalized, actionable intelligence. The $20,000 grant will fund an MVP version of the agent, with key metrics tied to user adoption, usage, and cross-chain interactions involving Lido.

Details:

Budget: $20,000
Use of Funds:
• MVP Agent Development: $12,000
• Data Integration & Ecosystem Tuning: $4,000
• Community Onboarding & Feedback Collection: $4,000

Note: This MVP includes core functionality (Lido-specific opportunity discovery, position tracking, user notifications). A full-featured agent costs ~$50,000 and can be developed in phases as additional funding is secured.

Timeline (3 Months):
Month 1: Requirements gathering with Lido stakeholders, MVP design
Month 2: Agent development and Lido integration (staking products, risk data, TVL tracking)
Month 3: Beta deployment, feedback loop, community onboarding (Telegram, Discord, etc.)

Key Metrics & Deliverables:
• 1 whitelabel agent with Lido staking support live on Synternet
• 1,000+ interactions in the first month post-launch
• 10+ daily actionable insights tied to Lido’s protocol
• Feedback from 100+ users on usability, value, and feature requests
• Open discussions for potential upgrades to include auto-staking signals, reward optimizations, and DAO governance data tracking

Why Synternet?
• Supports real-time data from 10+ EVM and non-EVM chains
• Built-in monetization through microtransactions
• Decentralized infrastructure validated by 38 validators
• Partnerships with major protocols (e.g., tBTC, Rootstock) and strong early traction in Asia
