Approve: given that the acquisition does not cause any material changes I see no reason to oppose this. The LNOSG sees no issues.
Snapshot Authorize $5M DAO Treasury Allocation to Lido Earn ETH and USD Vaults
Approve: I think this is an excellent use of the treasury that fits into the wider GOOSE goals of scaling new revenue streams. Any significant departures require DAO approval, providing oversight, and the restrictions are explicit. As always I make a slight concern about committee bloat. Each time it seems we gain more, which must be difficult to track across multisigs, etc.
The amendments here address all the major concerns.
Snapshot Delegate Incentivization Program 2.0
Approve. Since I am part of the program I will not comment too much but to my eyes the program does seem to be effective in incentivising specialist participation. I am generally of the view that we should not overcomplicate delegate programs with convoluted metrics, having seen the negative effects on other DAOs of this. The current Lido model works and as they say, ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!’
