We are excited to announce that Alchemy has completed its acquisition of Bware Labs and will be bringing over our team of 40+ people, with the ultimate goal of expanding the team to +100.
Joining forces allows us to continue building awesome products while extending Bware’s technical innovations to even more developers through Alchemy’s vast distribution. Alchemy runs a very similar business to ours but at a much larger scale. We consider this acquisition a huge milestone for Bware and for Web3 developers around the world!
Bware’s Blockchain Validator services and staking resources will remain fully operational and will be integrated into Alchemy’s product suite in the coming months.
Alchemy has received a SOC 2 Type 2 certification for its security practices, and we’re looking forward to working with them to continue to build highly secure technology and infrastructure.
Bware will maintain its role as a Polygon node operator and expects to continue participating in Lido on Ethereum, and providing the ecosystem with world-class products, services, and support.

If you have any questions, we will be more than happy to address them!
Congratulations on the acquisition! Thank you for the information and post regarding the future state of how Bware Validator Services will integrate into the Alchemy product line. As in the other similar acquisitions recently, I don’t see any immediate reason to propose to pause the operator as a part of any of the curated participation, and personally suggest that the LNOSG considers the matter to provide a suggestion to the community w.r.t. the future.
The LNOSG has assessed 3 recent acquisitions including the Alchemy acquisition of Bware Labs and are proposing to allow Alchemy to continue as-is without change.
Aligned with the LNOSG recommendation we see no issues in letting Bware/Alchemy continue in SDVT and LoP (although noting we also voted to sunset LoP).
I think LNOSG did a great job evaluating the transition and ensuring there won’t be any disruption in node operations after Alchemy took over Bware Labs. Given that, I believe Alchemy should definitely continue their work as planned.
TokenLogic is totally aligned with LNOSG’s detailed review and recommendation to provide strong assurance that Bware Labs’ acquisition by Alchemy will not disrupt its operations or negatively impact Lido. Approving this proposal supports continuity, leverages Alchemy’s expanded resources, and upholds the protocol’s standards for security and decentralization.
