CSM does not count my High Signal score (~100) — missing exactly 1 point to pass ICS

Hello Lido team and community,

I’m writing this post to ask for guidance and clarification regarding my ICS evaluation, as I’m currently short by only 1 point to pass, despite having made a serious and sustained effort to meet the requirements.

At the time of writing, my High Score on High Signal is around 100 points, however this score does not appear to be counted or reflected on the CSM / ICS side.

Here is a brief summary of my situation:

  • I have linked all relevant information to High Signal, but the data does not seem to be reflected or counted in the ICS evaluation.

  • On Galxe, I could not find any active or eligible Lido-related quests that would contribute to the score.

  • Regarding governance voting:

    • My voting power initially showed 0, even though I hold LDO.

    • I believe this is because the LDO was recently transferred to my wallet.

    • To address this, I have now delegated my LDO, but it may not have been captured within the scoring timeframe.

  • Additionally, I have been actively working with the CSM testnet for a long period, but those contributions were made using another wallet address, not the one currently evaluated for ICS.

I fully understand the need for objective and transparent criteria, and I deeply respect the ICS process. At the same time, being only one point short while having a High Score of ~100 that is not counted toward CSM is quite discouraging, which is why I’m asking for guidance.

Specifically, I would like to ask:

  • Is there a way to review or reconcile contributions that are not automatically linked (High Signal score, testnet activity from another wallet)?

  • Is recently delegated voting power counted only after a specific snapshot, or can it be applied retroactively?

  • Are there any recommended next steps I should take to ensure my contributions are properly reflected?

I genuinely want to continue contributing long-term to the Lido and CSM ecosystem, and I’m asking in good faith for advice or assistance from the team or the community.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Hello @Thieu_Anh!

ICS application scores are not updated in real time. If you have correctly connected your ethereum address used in the application to HighSignal it will appear the final score that will be assigned on Dec 23rd. Current scores are preliminary and provided for the users’ information only.

If LDO were transferred to your account after the votes have started you will have no voting power for these votes no matter if LDO is delegated or not. Read more here - Discord

ICS application is scored based on the supplied addresses only. If you want to add an additional address you have used for CSM testnet you can ask for the early rejection of your application to re-submit with the additional address included

I’m experiencing the same issue, and my application was unfortunately rejected as well. In this situation, would it be appropriate to simply wait for an update or the next evaluation cycle? I would appreciate any guidance.

If your score was not reflected in the current round it likely means that you have not shared an address on HS with Lido or just got the score after the cutoff date. Feel free to apply again, check that you have correctly set everything according to the guide - Community Staking Module | Lido, and wait for the next assessment round.

Thank you for the clarification. I appreciate your response and will review the guide, make sure everything is set correctly, and apply again for the next assessment round.
