Node Operator Admission: P2P as stVault Professional Trusted Operator
1. Identification
P2P Validator is a leading non-custodial, institutional-grade staking infrastructure provider, We are the leading institutional-grade staking provider, delivering maximum network rewards with secure access to emerging opportunities across multiple blockchain networks. P2P Validator has over $10B in assets under validation across 40+ blockchain networks. We consistently rank among the top node operators in terms of performance and TVL. We are trusted by over 130 leading institutional clients, including but not limited to wallets, custodians, CEXes, etc.
P2P has been a Lido ecosystem partner and Ethereum Node operator for Lido since its inception in 2020.
2. Business Case
P2P Validator is applying for the Professional Trusted Operator role to support the growth of stVaults through a combination of operational excellence and a strong distribution strategy centered around curated vault use-cases.
1. Direct contribution to core stVault adoption
P2P is not only onboarding our own institutional and professional staking clients into the stVault framework but actively developing vaults in collaboration with leading curators on top of stVault. This includes structured restaking vaults, and market-ready leveraged products that showcase one of the primary value propositions of Lido V3. These initiatives are designed to expand stETH’s footprint in the institutional space, including but not limited to DATs, hedge funds, VCs.
2. Demand-side strategy beyond direct stakers
A key differentiator for P2P is our ability to bring vault-level demand, not just validator capacity. Through partnerships with top curators and DeFi platforms, we are building vaults that rely on predictable stETH minting capacity and require trusted operators to ensure throughput. As these vaults scale, they will materially contribute to the growth of the stVault ecosystem and support broader adoption of Lido V3’s modular design. To enable this, P2P requires higher minting bandwidth and operator inclusion at the Professional Trusted tier.
3. Ops & decentralization
P2P operates a highly decentralized, safety-first validator setup with strong client, infrastructure, and geographic diversity.

Infrastructure Footprint & Geography
-
SSV validators run on dedicated bare-metal servers across four independent regions: Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, and the UK.
-
Vouch infrastructure is split across three independent regions, with separate GCP projects managed by three different operators, reducing correlated operational risk.
Key Management & Security
-
Distributed Key Generation (DKG) for validator keys.
-
Keystores stored in AWS, with passwords secured in Google Secret Manager (GSM).
-
Strong separation of duties and access domains across teams and environments.
MEV Posture
- Neutral, safety-first MEV stance aligned with protocol and ecosystem best practices, prioritizing validator liveness and slash-risk minimization over aggressive MEV extraction.
