Identification
Sigma Prime, founded in Sydney, Australia in 2016, is a leading blockchain security and research firm, born with the vision of conducting the most comprehensive security research and applying it to the Blockchain industry to boost safe innovation.
As the developers of the popular Lighthouse consensus client we take the health of the Ethereum network very seriously. Recent evolution of the staking landscape has led us to develop client software for the SSV Network (Anchor), to further promote client diversity across the entire staking infrastructure spectrum.
We are always looking for ways to better keep our finger on the pulse of the Ethereum network as a whole, and participating in a professional capacity in DVT networks fits that bill perfectly.
Business case
As a long-term Lido Curated node operator, we have a proven track record of being a reliable partner ready to support large scale staking infrastructure.
Our request is to be identified as a Tier 1 stVault Professional Operator for DVT clusters
Having hands-on experience allows us to better align internal Lighthouse development with the specific needs and wants of the different DVT clients.
As with our other production-level stake operations, we aim to minimize risk by leveraging proven software stacks spread out across a spectrum of reliable cloud providers.
Additionally, to minimize external dependencies, we maintain a rack of self-hosted servers in a top-grade datacenter near Sydney.
Ops & Decentralisation
We proudly host all of our mainnet staking infrastructure in the APAC region (unless otherwise requested), to promote a global spread of the total network stake.
With the experience built-up over the years, we can offer a scalable infrastructure that has proven itself to be both reliable and robust.
Since our team members are spread out globally, having round-the-clock monitoring and low incident response times comes naturally.
Always on the lookout to safely offer better client diversity, currently we run 4 different EL clients and two different MEV sidecars on mainnet.
