I write to notify Lido DAO that it has been named as a Defendant in the lawsuit Samuels v. Lido DAO, et al., docketed as No. 23-cv-6492 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. While Lido DAO has already been served c/o of AH Capital Management, LLC, and we have also attempted to contact Lido DAO’s identified general counsel via at least two other methods of communication, we provide this posting to provide additional, legally valid notice.

Inquiry About Joining Lido DAO Class-Action Lawsuit

I recently lost my ETH to fraudulent actors associated with Lido in a manner similar to the plaintiff in the case you are currently handling. Court records indicate that this is a class-action lawsuit, and I am interested in joining as a plaintiff.

I am representing myself and others who have experienced similar losses and received refusals from Lido, which appears to be evading responsibility under the guise of decentralization, blockchain, and technology.
