This post is a formality in order to fulfill the requirements of the PERCH program here: [Proposal] PERCH: Protocol Evaluation and Request Coordination Hub. There are over ~60 independent node operator teams testing with Interstate.
If you are not a node operator or Lido DAO administrator you can likely stop reading here
We have previously made a request for Lido DAO to test our protocol: Introducing Interstate: Decentralized Proposer Commitments
This post formally requests node operators to begin testing Interstate. We have been testing Interstate for an extended period of time to date and are making this post as a formality.

- Networks on which the tests will be conducted: Holesky
* In case of permanent holesky outage, we will indicate a new network - Duration of the testing period: We will maintain an ongoing testnet, starting september 2024 to present day. We may snapshot a duration of the testnet to show results.
- Expected impact on the network as a result of these tests: We expect no network interruptions to Lido protocol as a result of our testnet. The benefits and risks of running a preconfirmation network for node operators is explained in our docs: https://docs.interstate.so
