Motivation and Commitment to Lido DAO

As an external expert with a comprehensive view of the grants and DAO landscape, I am committed to fulfilling the key expectations of a Lido DAO Incentivized Delegate:

  1. Representing Token Holders:
  • I will read, analyze, and provide public feedback on Lido DAO proposals, ensuring that my actions and decisions align with the interests of token holders and the broader community.
  • My decisions will be guided by Lido’s Purpose, Mission, and Vision, leveraging my cross-ecosystem experience to provide valuable insights.
  1. Community Engagement and Transparency:
  • I commit to active participation in discussions on forums and other platforms, engaging the community on important decisions.
  • I will conduct independent analyses of proposals and, when necessary, highlight the need for third-party analysis, drawing on my extensive network in the Web3 space.
  1. Voting and Participation:
  • I pledge to vote in at least 70% of votes per quarter and actively participate in community update calls.
  1. Expertise and Advisory:
  • I will provide expert advice in my areas of expertise, particularly in governance, grant programs, and ecosystem development, contributing to the strategic direction of the DAO.

After careful consideration, I’ve decided to step back from active participation as a delegate for now. With my current commitments in other ecosystems, especially around grants and incentives, I’m focusing on areas that align more closely with my expertise and where I feel I can make the greatest impact.

While I won’t be able to dedicate the time required for active governance here, I genuinely appreciate the community’s work and look forward to seeing Lido’s continued success. Please feel free to archive my delegate thread and remove the listing from the delegate UI.
