Summary: We support the proposed update of the incentives structure, as after the changes the Node Operators will be protected in scenario of low incentives and high operating costs. The proposed dynamic implementation structure for the split looks reasonable for us too.
Rewards Share Committee Reform

Summary: We voted in favor as we previously supported the GOOSE-3 proposal, and it’s a justified update to the Rewards Share Committee. Both ‘Node Operator Rebates’ and expansion of committee’s activities to include stVaults are required steps for the goals proposed in GOOSE. Other included changes are also justified.
