Summary: We voted ‘For’, as we previously supported the concept of NEST. The proposed implementation with conversion of excess surplus in LDO with subsequent deployment to the Curve LDO/wstETH pool looks like an efficient strategy to us. The proposed initial parameters set is sound as well.
