Nethermind had configured 45M gas limit earlier this week for a subset of its curated validators and is rolling out an update to the rest of stack. We are generally in favour to further increase to 60M, but only once the Core Devs are convinced that any edge cases are covered. For the time being the 45M gas limit is considered tested and safe.
