I’m part of the team that developed the Discourse widget for Aave, which embeds live voting data (on-chain status, quorum progress, and countdown timers) directly into forum threads.
Given the complexity of Lido governance lifecycle moving from Snapshot to Aragon and through the Dual Governance objection phase believe Lido would benefit from a similar integration. This would help LDO delegates and stETH holders track the status of proposals in real-time directly within the discussion, reducing friction and increasing visibility into voting signals.
Who is the right person or working group to speak with about a potential integration? Happy to share more details and a demo.

At the moment, there is no visible demand from the Lido community for introducing additional Discourse widgets. Most delegates and contributors who closely track proposal status and voting dynamics already rely on the Lido DAO Governance Bot (@lido_dao_bot), which provides timely updates and notifications. In parallel, contributors are actively working on further improvements to our governance UIs to make states, transitions, and signals even clearer and more legible.
That said, this is helpful context to have on our radar. If, in the future, there is a clear community demand or if we identify concrete use cases where Discourse integrations could materially improve the governance flow for users, we’ll be happy to reach out and continue the conversation.
