We’re coordinating two signer updates across the five active Lido DAO Emergency Brakes multisigs (Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, and BNB Smart Chain).

psirex is updating his signing address while remaining a multisig signer.

Both changes are being carried out under the Lido DAO Ops Multisigs Policy 3.0. Under the updated policy, a separate Snapshot vote is not required for these rotations, as the number of signers and the signing threshold remain unchanged at 5 signers and 3/5.
The transactions have been proposed in Safe on all five networks and are currently pending signer approvals.
