Lido Dual Governance Emergency Committee

This thread is meant to be the coordination point for the Dual Governance Emergency Committee.

The Emergency Committee is a temporary failsafe for the first year post-deploy [SPEC]; composed of two multisigs with the same set of signers and different quorums:

  1. 4/7 Emergency Activation multisig for activating the Dual Governance Emergency mode, blocking permissionless execution of Dual Governance motions;
  2. 5/7 Emergency Execution multisig for a) executing Dual Governance motions in Emergency Mode; b) triggering Emergency Reset (disabling Dual Governance in case of vulnerability detection in the Dual Governance contracts).

WIP: The topic will be updated as potential signers share their details.

The proposed signers are:
