Lido Dual Governance Tiebreaker Committee

This thread is meant to be the coordination point for the Dual Governance Tiebreaker Committee.

The Tiebreaker Committee is designed to overcome a potential tie between the protocol and governance in the particular edge-case [SPEC].

The Committee is designed as “2/3 multisig of multisigs” composed of three 4/7 groups of 1) Ethereum Ecosystem participants, 2) Builders, and 3) Node Operators.

WIP: The topic will be updated as potential signers share their details.
