Expand LEGO Committee by adding Kai, Lido Terra Lead

Kai Tiurin who leads the Lido Terra Product team has been shortlisted as a candidate for the LEGO Insiders program to help grow development and engagement within the Lido Terra ecosystem. Kai is a significant member of the Lido product team and has demonstrated a clear ability to grow the presence of Lido across Terra. Adding to this he has a strong interest in seeing Lido succeed, making him a qualified candidate for the LEGO Insiders program.

If proposal is passes:

  • Kai will be added to the LEGO Committee.
  • Kai will be allocated an individual quarterly budget of 10,000 LDO out of LEGO’s communal budget.

If proposal is rejected:

  • No changes to the status quo.

If the proposal passes, the LEGO Committee will be expanded to include 13 individuals with a range of backgrounds and experience each responsible for a specific segment of Lido.

I’m all for the proposal, having a LEGO person for the chain Lido works on is pretty straighforward thing to strive for!

Very much in favour of adding Kai to the LEGO committee. Having someone who is deeply involved in a certain ecosystem makes coordinating and finding good projects to give a grant much easier.
