How to Un-Stake with Lido

Hello, I staked Eth with the Lido staking pool in 2021 through my Ledger Wallet, I want to
un-stake this but when I go to the Ledger wallet I do not see stEth listed, but I do see the rewards and I see the whole transaction in Etherscan. How can I un-stake this?

Don’t click on any other links or DMs, it seems that scammers have tried to send you phishing attempts.
