I had ETH and stETH in my Ledger wallet and wanted to swap my stETH to ETH. I started the unstaking process in Ledger Live, which sent my stETH to LIDO. I believe this should only take a few days. I would now expect them to be unstaked, so how do I return them to my Ledger wallet? I can’t see any way to log into LIDO.
If you already unstaked, then you received a Lido withdrawal NFT in your wallet. Now you have to wait for the deactivation queue which is estimated ~1-4 days. After the queue, you manually redeem the NFT for ETH in the Claim tab at Withdrawals | Lido.
How do I know when the NFT has been issued? Am I sent a link? If I click on the link in your reply I can see a button labelled Connect Wallet and above that it states “Request stETH/wstETH withdrawal and claim ETH”, but I have already done that.

You would need to check your wallet for the NFT. You haven’t done the claim ETH part but you have requested stETH withdrawal. If you connect your wallet it should show whether or not you are able to claim now.
