Staked lido from ledger, money is there, but when I went to withdraw, I was never issued STETH so how do I get my money out?

I would just like to talk to somebody from Lido on how I’m supposed to get my money out. I understand I I’ve read multiple times but I need STEH I have 32 Ethereum in my account, but I can’t take it out. How do I do this, if I was never issued sTETH what do I do?
