Speaking on behalf of the DAO Ops team: ET limits are primarily security thresholds, not budgeting instruments, and should therefore provide a comfortable buffer above the anticipated spend to support the committee’s operations over upcoming periods. Given current market conditions, we suggest increasing the limits to 6k stETH to ensure operational continuity and reduce the need for near-term adjustments.
We propose including the 6k stETH limit (instead of 5k) in the upcoming Snapshot vote.
