Node Operator Admission: Myrmidon Staking as stVaults Professional Operator

1. Identification

Myrmidon Staking is a Danish non-custodial staking and blockchain infrastructure provider serving retail and institutional clients. We provide staking services across Ethereum, Cardano and Concordium, alongside managed validator infrastructure and blockchain APIs.

We are applying for stVaults Professional Operator status to support the growth of our Pooled Ethereum Staking product, built on Lido V3 stVaults.

  • Ethereum Experience: Operating Ethereum validators since 2023, with approximately 1,200 ETH staked across our validators at peak.

  • Slashing Record: Zero slashing incidents throughout our Ethereum operations.

  • Infrastructure Development: Completed a comprehensive revamp of our infrastructure setup in 2026.

  • Legal Entity: MYRMIDON ApS, Denmark - CVR 43423843.

  • Contact: [email protected]

2. Business Case

Myrmidon Staking brings Lido V3 stVaults to a broader audience through an accessible pooled staking product, combining a simple user interface with professional validator operations.

  • Accessible Ethereum Staking: Our pool enables users to stake from 0.01 ETH, removing the need to supply the full 32 ETH required to activate an individual validator or maintain their own infrastructure. The product serves ETH holders seeking straightforward access to staking, including smaller retail participants.

  • First Live Pool Using Northstake SVM: Myrmidon Staking was the first staking pool to go live using Northstake SVM. The launch resulted from close collaboration with Northstake, during which we tested, provided feedback and helped refine SVM for production use. Our deployment contributed practical operating experience to the development of a production-ready pooled staking solution.

  • Integrated Product and Operations: Our product combines Lido V3 stVaults for the underlying staking architecture, Northstake SVM for management tools and data, and Myrmidon Staking for validator infrastructure and the user interface. Users access the live product through eth.myrmidonstaking.com.

  • Distribution and Reach: The pool provides a direct onboarding channel for Myrmidon Staking’s retail and institutional audience. Our existing staking services and infrastructure relationships provide a foundation for introducing users to stVaults.

  • Growth Target: We target 1,000 ETH deposited in the pool within 12 months, building on our existing Ethereum operating experience and the availability of the live product.

  • Fee Policy: Myrmidon charges a 10% node operator fee on staking rewards.

3. Ops & Decentralization

Our Ethereum operations combine experience dating back to 2023 with infrastructure renewed in 2026.

  • Infrastructure Footprint: We operate across multiple countries, using virtualized infrastructure consisting of KVM-based virtual machines and VPS/VDS environments.

  • Ethereum Client Stack: Nethermind at the execution layer and Prysm at the consensus layer.

  • Security & Monitoring: Security is a core priority in our infrastructure operations. We maintain 24/7 proactive monitoring across all our infrastructure to identify availability and operational issues.

  • MEV Posture: We do not currently use MEV-Boost. We previously operated it but removed it after assessing that the incremental rewards available to our validators no longer justified the additional operational overhead.

  • Operational Record: We have operated Ethereum validators since 2023 without any slashing incidents, including through our infrastructure revamp in 2026.

4. Governance & Compliance

Myrmidon Staking complies with applicable laws and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where we operate.
Myrmidon Staking does not currently have an independent audit of its own operations.
