2 & 3 Should Attestant continue in the Curated set following the acquisition by Bitwise? and Should Solstice continue in the Curated set following the acquisition of Bridgetower?

Vote: For

Rationale:

There will be no changes on the node operations and also no concentration since Bitwise and Solstice weren’t previous Lido N.O.s. Just left to congratulate Attestant, Bitwise, Bridgetower and Solstice for the consolidations.

Something to add is that it’s very helpful to have the NOM team pitching in in the forums with their analysis.

4 & 5 Establishment of Lido Ecosystem BORG Foundation as a Lido-DAO-Adjacent Foundation and Establishment of Lido Labs BORG Foundation as a Lido-DAO-Adjacent Foundation

Rationale:

When I became a Delegate it took me a while to understand the PML/ATC/RCC division and how arbitrary it seemed on which contributors/groups depended on which. These two BORG foundations streamline and simplify this!

These two entities, the Lido Ecosystem BORG and the Lido Labs BORG are going to have clear division of tasks.
I see the Ecosystem BORG as the external arm (BD, Marketing, Education, Strategic partnerships…) while the Lido Labs as the inward looking arm, with product and governance focus (New products, Node Operator management and market, Governance…)

The BORGs will have the ability to assume existing service contracts between PML or ATC and Lido contributors dedicated to the activities within the scope of the Purposes, and these old organizations will submit no more EGGs, in favour of the BORGs.

Oh, you might be thinking… what the f is a BORG? Read this primer: Assimilating the BORG: A New Framework for CryptoLaw Entities | by Delphi Labs | Medium - it’s a bridge between DAOs / crypto governance and traditional legal entities. The bylaws for the Ecosystem and Labs BORGs are a great practical example of an application of the BORG idea:
