We fully agree with replacing Tim Beiko with Eric Siu and moving toward an “optimistic” approach to council membership changes without requiring a full DAO vote. However, @Jenya_K 's feedback regarding a 7-day community notice does not appear to be reflected in the Snapshot text, even though @Alex_L agreeed to it.
Unless it is explicitly included, we cannot support a proposal that effectively weakens the DAO’s oversight of council composition.
