Lido Alliance BORG Update: Appointment of Bryce Howarth as a New Director
Forum post here
Vote: For
Rationale:
This is a standard board appointment for the Lido Alliance BORG foundation. Bryce Howarth is a professional independent director at Horizons Global.
Adrian Cachinero steps down, Bryce steps in, board becomes Bryce + Shaun Musuka. Two directors, both independent-ish, no concentration concerns.
The BORG itself is funded through the EGG program and operates under bylaws already approved by the DAO.
On-chain Vote #204: NEST Execution, LOL Stablecoin Easy Track, CSM Share Limits Factory Fix
Forum posts: NEST · CSM Share Limits
Vote: Yes
Rationale:
Execution bundle, all items previously approved via Snapshot:
-
NEST (Automated LDO Buyback). The big one! Allocates 50% of eligible revenue surplus above a $40M annual baseline to LDO purchases via CoW Swap, paired with wstETH in a Curve LP. Daily cap $50K, rolling annual cap $10M.
I already voted For on the Snapshot, and my reasoning hasn’t changed: Even if I don’t think that it’s strictly necessary, there has been a lot of talk for linking LDO to DAO performance. The mechanism is bounded, parameterized, onchain, and has emergency brakes. -
LOL Stablecoin Easy Track Setup. Aligns Easy Track rails for the Liquidity Observation Lab with its already-approved mandate.
-
CSM Update Share Limits Easy Track Factory Fix. Corrects the per-motion change cap to 0.5%. The CSMC needs a working tool to manage stake share limits; the current factory has the wrong cap.
