Node Operator Admission: Nodeinfra as stVault Professional Operator

1. Identification

Nodeinfra is a Korea-based validator that provides enterprise-grade staking services to custodians, asset managers, and family offices. We have been operating node infrastructure since 2022, and currently have more than $200m of assets under staked.

Since 2024, Nodeinfra has been running all types of ETH validators for Lido except for curated validators: DVT, DVT supercluster, CSM, Preconf (Primev) validators.

2. Business Case

Nodeinfra has built partnerships with institutional custodians and asset managers who manage Ethereum staking for their clients. Nodeinfra aims to integrate Lido stVaults with partners to provide institutional-grade liquid staking experience.

3. Ops & Decentralisation

Nodeinfra has built internal security and incident management systems that have prevented it from getting slashed since running nodes in 2022 and maintaining 99%+ uptime.

Nodeinfra contributes to the decentralization of stVaults as a Korean-based entity with neutral policies across the operation stack.

Client & Infrastructure Model

  • We use a number of different clients including Lighthouse, Prysm, Geth, Nethermind, and Erigon

  • We use Web3Signer for secure remote signing and internal access control policies for private key management

  • We use multiple high-performance baremetal providers across different geographical regions to reduce risks and dependencies to a single datacenter and vendor

MEV & Neutrality Policy

  • We use a neutral MEV policy and opt into open and transparent MEV relayers

4. Governance & Compliance

Nodeinfra (Mirny Inc.) is a corporation registered in South Korea complying with Korean regulations and standards.

Nodeinfra has been recognized by the Korean government’s prestigious TIPS program which evaluates companies in multiple areas including governance and compliance.

Hi!

Thanks for applying — we’re glad to see you moving forward with your onboarding as a Node Operator for stVaults.

As a member of the stVaults Committee, I can confirm that the Committee has begun the assessment process. We’ll keep you posted on the progress.

As a delegate of the stVaults Committee, I am posting to confirm that the relevant ET motions establishing NodeInfra’s status as an stVaults Identified Node Operator have now been enacted.

Following the committee’s assessment of NodeInfra’s application, NodeInfra has been assigned to the Basic Identified Operator Category under the stVaults framework. From an operations and infrastructure perspective, NodeInfra scored highly; however, the committee has determined that reassessment can take place once sufficient mainnet ETH inflows and vault utilization are observed.
