The Guided Open Objective Setting Exercise (“GOOSE”) proposal; A genesis step to jump-start a DAO-wide goal setting exercise and cadence

As part of the GOOSE 2025 retrospective, the progress report is now published. It covers outcomes against the goals set for the period from January 1 to September 16 2025.

The report is meant to give the community clear context on what’s been achieved, where challenges remain, and how this informs the next cycle. Transparency and accountability are central to the GOOSE framework, and this publication is part of keeping that record open.

This is a great summary post. Really gives an overview for what has been achieved and why it was being worked on, plus what to expect next.

Could you reformat this for a forum post so it can be easier shared in social media?

On the last Token Holder Call, Vasiliy shared a high-level preview of the upcoming Lido Labs submission for the current GOOSE cycle.

To highlight again: Lido Labs will submit proposed GOOSE Goals proposal by the end of the submission period (November 24). After that, the community will have at least two weeks for discussion and feedback before the proposal moves toward voting. As always, anyone is free to submit alternative proposals in the cycle.

If you think certain priorities should be emphasized or specific goals should be discussed further, but you’re not submitting your own proposal, we’re very open to feedback.
