Introduction
Today in DeFi is a DeFi research media. We’ve been using and trading on chain since 2019 and are familiar with the LSD and DeFi Landscape.
Because of our work we’re extremely up to date with the DeFi landscape and would be able to propose or vote intelligently on proposals for Lido’s benefit based on that context.

Motivation (Reason for wanting to be a delegate, Objectives, and aspirations within the DAO)
Lido recently is developing the CSM and also supporting DVT, showing an interest in help promote decentralization in the LSD landscape. As decentralization proponents we’d like to help these initiatives through good governance.
Values and Decision-Making Approach (Core Values, Decision-Making Process)
As Decentralization proponents we’d aim to vote for and push proposals which align Lido’s incentives with decentralizing Ethereum, while still benefiting Lido.
We have a team of defi analysts who could analyze proposals from various perspectives to provide the best guidance.
We also have run validators, and created education around staking, including a recent Devcon event on Staking and restaking, so we have knowledge and experience from solo staking to using and farming LSDs, to using RSTs and how restaking works.
This end to end understanding of staking, as well as knowledge of the restaking landscape would let us make informed decisions about lido governance proposals and may also help us shape new proposals.

Disclosures: As traders and farmers we generally are holding positions in LSTs or RSTs in our search for the best risk adjusted yield on ETH. Our search for yield generally means we rotate between providers as market dynamics change and does not tilt us towards any single project.
